Help- 22yrs old female. Cant love belly fat?

i eat healthy no carbs. kickboxing 4 times a week, weight train and sometimes run. i do 200 sit ups a day . I cant lose the extra belly fat .. i have been hard core strict with myself since january 1st. once a week i will allow myself to eat alittle extra. i currently weight 107/ 5 ft
