Yes, anyone who has gone from rags to richs has spend money on taking care of themselves so they could have more later. You have to spend money to make money. Education then you make more money, Nice clothes you get the job or the netowrk of good people. Anyowe who studies true prosperity knows you have to do this...You can't grow a gardent without seeds. So you might have to borrow to get those seeds but a package of seeds for $1 will bring you $50 back....Bush wasted trillions of dollars by taking it out of circulation the stimulus is not wasteful it is a great investment.
