Exercise help. Please?

Okay, im 15 im 5'7 and weigh almost 100lbs. I'm slender but, my needs help, I guess its low naturally but its unappealing and needs to be lifted and more toned, what exercises can I do to do this? (I'd rather do exercises at home, so is there any exercises without need of equipment?)
