English Riders!- Do You Like Jointed, Light Weight, Or Traditional Stirrup Irons?

I have those really nice jointed sprenger stirrups (the black and blue colored ones) and I LOVE them! I took care of my friends horse over the summer and I had to ride in her saddle which had traditional stirrups on them and I hated it, my leg was all over the place and my heels were not down. Also my sisters friend rode in my sisters saddle one day which also has the jointed sprenger stirrups and, once around the ring at the trot she could already notice a difference in her heels and leg
