Dream Interpretation, ne1?

I'm driving and it seems to be early in the morning, before the sun is up..3am-ish, there are no cars on the road, but there is an eerie feeling that the city is deserted. Suddenly, my car flips and rolls a few times in a horrific accident but I'm fine, but I'm freaked the hell out. I know I need to call the cops, so I run to this apartment complex across the street from where I crashed, but I have this feeling that someone made my car crash, and I'm running both to get away from him bc I can't even figure out HOW he made me flip, let alone see him. All the doors to the apt complex are locked, and I turn around and see him. Hes about 6"0, and a hefty, plumber-like white dude. I stab him, and it doubles him over, but doesnt kill him, so I sprint as fast as i can anywhere, but everytime i look back, he's gaining on me, upon which i wake up
