Does anyone else agree that Joe Budden should be ranked among the top rappers alive?

Huge Joey Fan... but he isnt one of the best alive. He is one of the best new - non veteran MC's though. There are to many old heads still in hip hop to say he one of the tops (Old heads = Em, NaS, Jay-Z, JadaKiss)... but out of these newer/young era artist (ex Wayne, Young Jeezy, Risk Ross, Plies)... yes he is elite.
