Does anybody agree with me?

Jodi Picoult's novels are compelling after ther first read or two, but does anybody else feel that all her stories have the same plotline (something happens, victim/ person on trial always forgets something until the end of the book, and her trademark: a detective or legal person of some sort) or is it just me? Is anyone tired of this yet?
