Do you think hitler was evil or just twisted?

Do you think Bush and Blair when they invaded sovereign nations (Afghanistan and Iraq like Poland and Czechcoslovakia) , dropped cluster bombs on civilians (like Blitzkrieg) , illegally occupying and stealing the natural resources of a many nations (eg Oil) , kidnapping, imprisoning and torturing people in camps (Gantanamo cf Auswitz), were they evil ot twisted or did they have their own political agendas and deceive the people who put them in power?
