Do I run an ad for a maid, nanny, babysitter or what?

I have a 12 yr old and 17 yr old that are very capable of taking care of theirselves but need to have someone move in and cook, clean, etc. while I go to college or even need to go in the hospital for some reason. I'm a single mom. Who would I state the ad: a nanny, a sitter, maid, a house keeper? And how much do I pay them when they get free food, room, and utilities including free internet access, free use of land phone? Need to hire someone fast! I am in Spokane, WA.
