Did I lose the girl I like? Does she like him?

He is really attached to her this is obvious...but the problem with this type of girl is that since she may often be depressed...she cn also just need attention but not be looking for any commitment in return...if they are not going out why cant you hug her if he does...why cant you be around her 24/7 also? I mean she is not his property or even his girlfriend...maybe she isnt into you because you arent putting yourself out there too much...but then again she isnt into him either...thats obviously because he is too clingy..he just wants to have something you want...just be a friend to her and dont smother her like the other guy...this will bring her closer to you...believe me...but dont waste time waiting for her...live your life and if she comes she comes...
