Cute clothes for a tween???

My cousin's b-day. My mom says that it's nice and everything to be giving, so now I'm stuck GIVING GIFTS OUT TO ALL OF MY RELATIVES on EVERY HOLIDAY AND OCCASION!!!! This year I decided to give clothes to all of my relatives, like a decorative scarf for my aunt, socks for my uncle, etc. Anyways, my fave cousin is turning thirteen, and I wanna get her something nice but not too expensive. Any good store ideas???? Thanks!!!
