Although the denial of your petition is an appealable order, you might try refiling it. As I read PC 1203.4, the claim that you did not obey the conditions of probabation is irrelevant, because you were discharged from probation prior to the termination of the period of probation, which entitles you to relief. It might be worthwhile for you to consult an attorney on this -- most do not charge much for 1203.4 petitions.
