Could my house be haunted?

oki soo i am kind of skeptical about ghost but some weird things in my house have been happening....for example last week i was going to the bathroom and no one was home and the bathroom door started like shaking like someone was trying to open it and i sed what thinking it was my bf home from school and it kept doing it then im like GO AWAY and it stoped.....then again 2 days ago i was in the shower....and the same thing happened......one night i was having a bath and i had candles going and they went out...i have no window in my bathroom and the fan wasnt on.....then today i was making dinner and my electric kettle turned on by its self....what do you think could it be haunted or ....
