Confused on how to create wrestlers on SVR09 plz help?

Hi i just had one quick thing that i am puzzled on. I went to the website "caw" or create a wrestler. now it shows you how to make certain people, but on the pictures it shows a bunch of colored blobs on some of the caws. What are these and how do you do it? example:goldust
