Computer not working?

ok first of all, i have windows ME (millennium edition)...yeah i know its like 14 or 15 years old, but now when i turn it on (im on my other computer by the way) it would stop where it says Windows Millennium Edition where its all colorful with the white background and it says microsoft on top right...HELPPPPPP MEEEEEE
