Can you still get preganant with PCOS?

I just went to the doctor today because I haven't had my period in over 8 weeks and all my pregnancy tests were negative. She did an exam and took a pregnancy blood test just to make sure I wasn't pregnant. From my exam, she said it was unlikely that I was pregnant and we won't get the results for the blood test for a few more days. She said That she thought that I might have PCOS. I am scheduled next week to have an ultrasound to see if I have cysts on my ovaries. I didn't really understand what PCOS was until I read the brochure she gave and researched it online...The only thing is, I really don't have any of the symptomes such as acne, hairy face, obesity...The only thing that applies would be the missed period...And so I guess my question is...If it turns out I do have PCOS...Will I still be able to have kids? I am only 21 years old and have never had trouble with irregular periods ,high blood pressure, obesity, acne...or anything else for that matter. I am freeking out.
