Can you help me think of speech ideas?

i have to do a oral interpretation on a prose (2-4min) and a persuasive speech (6-7 min). i have an idea for prose, an excerpt from Henry V and for persuasive i have, read more books, Ariel vs. times new roman, and captain crunch: crunch berries vs. no crunch berries. im not very keen on any of these topics so any more ideas would be appreciated.
