Can someone translate this Latin for me?

My choir wants us to find out what our UIL piece means. It says "Ecce Maria genuit nobis salvatorem. QuemJohanes videns exclamavit dicens. Ecce agnus Dei. Dei quitolit pecatamundi." I know Ecce is here is(like italian ecco) and agnus Dei quitolit pecatamundi means Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, but I need to know the rest. Thanks!
