Can I learn to dance well at age 23?

I am really uncoordinated, but I would LOVE to learn to dance. I want to learn various latin dances: mamba, samba, marengue, cha cha, etc... and also hip-hop and some ballroom. My boyfriend is willing to take lessons with me, but I don't even know where to begin. Any advice?
