Can he just put me out?

Can he just put me out My landload soul the building with people inside I have lived here more than 10 years and paying rent .The other People who was here was sqatters and did not want to leave. The Reator tole me that if I get them out she would make sure i was compensaed. Im on SSI and have no where to go.All this has taken place within the last 60 days and Im in the building by myself keeping the dopeheads out at the same time.how long dose the new owner has to evict me.Or should he nogoiate with me ? Im now also security .What are my options ?
