Birth Control Question?

You know how if you just all of a sudden stop birth control before the end of the pack? and you start bleeding because of it? Well, if you were pregnant, and you had to all of a sudden stop the pills, would you still have the breakthrough bleeding or whatever it is that you get? Thanks
