Are the balcony seats at the Victoria Theater in Dayton good? Can you see the stage/hear the show well?

I want to buy tickets to a show coming to the Dayton Victoria Theater in June, but many of the floor seats are sold out and there seem to be only balcony seats still available...are these worth purchasing? Any information would be appreciated!
