Am i allergic to avocado and spearmint?

whenever i eat avocado i get a really bad stomach ache. i can eat a little and be fine but if i eat more than that i get really sick. also with spearmint whenever i chew that type of gum i get a really bad headache and feel feverish. can i be allergic to spearmint and avocado?
