Alright so my sink is filled to the brim because the stopper on it will not come up. how do i fix this?

go underneath the sink where the pipes are and take a pair of pliers and gently force it up. if that does not work then take a bucket and remove most of the water that way or you could get a siphon and siphon it into the bathtub. another way to do it is to get some clear plastic tubing and put one end flat on the bottom of the full sink and the other end lower and near the tub. suck the water through till it flows constantly. lol, that's how people used to take gas from the car when the lawn mower ran out of gas..
