According to cons, you can't "spend your way to prosperity." Should they let the business community know?

Most - OK, all - businesses would be shocked to learn that you "can't spend your way to prosperity." Do you think conservatives should let the business community know that they're stupid for spending money on investments, and that real prosperity only comes from never spending and not investing?
