6 week old stuffy nose?

my daughter is 6 weeks old about a week ago i noticed she sounded really stuffy i called her doc and he told me to use the saline drops humidifier sitting in the bathroom with her running hot steamy water also bathing her in warm water etc i have infant Tylenol can i give that to her im stressing if she is going to get any better i feel like ive tried everything
