04 Civic EX Sputtering Low Idle And Dies.....?

If your civic is losing rpm's while stading still it only means 2 thing, your engine is not getting enought air in it properlly or ur not having enough spark to creat bushtion in the engine. if ur plugs are nuw like u say, check the spark plug wire, then the distributer cap because it has a coil that can get coroted or just go back and not get enough spark. then from there u move on to the wiring of the car it could have a burned wire and ur fuel system, the ingecture, fuel pump, fuel filter, and so on.
